Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging (including tags, wrappers, and protective materials).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) cannot be returned.

Email info@papersource.click with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and step‑by‑step instructions.

We pay for return shipping on all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days (sometimes as fast as 24 hours)

Non‑returnable Items

Used, opened, or altered products; items returned without original packaging; returns requested after 30 days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us right away at info@papersource.click. We will handle your return as a priority and cover all shipping costs.
