Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed through PaperSource (website: papersource.click).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive payment confirmation. If you place an order after 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), it will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.

Where We Ship

We ship only to destinations inside the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or any international addresses.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. The full time from order placement to delivery is about 4–8 business days (1–3 days for processing + 3–5 days for transit).

Shipping Fee

We provide free standard shipping on every order. You will never see additional handling fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden costs.

Sales Tax

Any applicable state or local sales taxes will be added to your total at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Carrier Selection

We choose carriers based on your location and package size. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional delivery partners. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become visible.

Wrong Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@papersource.click. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@papersource.click within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to solve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
